This Wusthof Classic Carving Set includes a 20cm carving knife and a 16cm staight meat fork, both of which feature black handles. The Wusthof Carving Knife is perfect for larger cuts of meat, fruit and vegetables, and the meat fork is perfect as a carving or serving fork, with it you will have a good hold on almost anything.

Each piece of Wusthof cutlery is precision forged from a single piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel. This specialised high carbon stain resistant alloy ensures the critical characteristics of each piece Wusthof cutlery -including: razor sharp, long lasting cutting edge, easily restorable edge, high stain resistance. Each Wusthof piece has a solid, curved bolster for comfort and safety, which stops your hand riding up the blade, and each piece also has a full tang for perfect balance.

The handles on Wusthof Classic pieces of cutlery are made from high impact polypropylene with a traditional triple rivet fixing. The shape of the handle is ergonomic and has been designed in consultation with professional chefs for maximum comfort.
