Decanting wine using the Developer® brings it gently and effectively to its optimum condition for drinking. The ingenious little device has six pouring groves in its sphere through which the wine flows smoothly and slowly providing ideal oxygenation along the walls of the Open Cristal carafe. The extended contact of the wine with the Developer® considerably reduces sulphur dioxide found in some bottles which significantly improves the bouquet and the taste.
