• When using, handles of copper pans may become hot.
• Copper pans are suitable to use on gas, electric solid plate, ceramic & halogen hobs. Not suitable for use on induction hobs.
• Copper saucepans are best washed by hand and always use a dry soft cloth immediately after washing.
• Copper pans will naturally mellow to a darker, duller brown colour over time. To keep them bright & shiny polish regularly with copper cleaner and a soft cloth; and then wash with soapy water and immediately dry with a soft cloth.
