Born from the famous knife from Laguiole in 1829, using the same know how combined with increased quality materials; such as the carbon steel blade specifically developed for Forge de Laguiole to combine durability, rust resistance and ease of sharpening. walnut wooden handles are injected with tinted epoxy that makes each knife water resistant. Each model is unique and made by hand from start to finish by single artisans.
