Ordered the Fatboy Doggielounge (large). Delivery excellent. Service reasonable up until the point of wishing to return the dog bed. Told used items cannot be returned, which is fair enough - only you can't know if something will work without using it. However, it would have been nice to have been offered the chance to return it for a voucher, if not for a refund. The dog bed is poorly designed: dangerously slippery and too firm - my dog avoids it, even with his favourite sheepskin rug on top to minimise his slipping. Will have to try and adapt the bed by sewing in a piece of suedette. Not impressed.

2 of the 6 diffusers which I received were smashed.The packaging was very damaged suggesting it had been roughly handled.Disappointing as I had waited quite a while for these as it was a special order.Otherwise, service very pleasant and helpful.

Very easy website to shop on. Very prompt delivery to Australia. Purchased 6 Missoni towels; 5 perfect, 1 had a couple of pulled threads on the back of towel. Hopefully a knot will stop it running. A shame but could easily be overlooked even if purchased in a shop. Will still continue shopping on Amara! Great sale prices.
