The Andrew Martin, Picture Show cushions are fab but, you have one titled Judy Garland which is misleading as it is not Judy on the cover. I am a big Judy fan, so just disappointed that it's not her.

Hi, Just a little feedback from my recent purchase. Customers always let us know when it goes wrong, but rarely when it goes right! I can’t fault your service. Easy journey through the website, easy checkout. The delivery is second to none. The text delivery time with options to change via text is superb. Tracking via the courier website – superb. I did feel the delivery charge was a little high for a couple of towels and did make me think twice about purchase (however you were the only company who had stock and could despatch quickly), but was ultimately worth it. I think maybe £2 less would have made me not even notice it. Top website! Cheers, .

My order was delivered today but I was at work. Rather than leave a delivery note to rearrange delivery, or a depot pick up, the courier left it with one of my neighbours. I find this totally unacceptable as I do not consider my neighbour to be trustworthy. I left no instruction to leave deliveries with neighbours. Therefore, I will not purchase from your site again. Dear Sirs I recently had some Diffuser Sticks sent (Ref: R-79828). The service was excellent. I had to ring up to ask something and I got through very quickly to a person who was very helpful. The order was placed with a note to deliver on a certain date which it did. Unfortunately one of the bottles was leaking when it arrived. I rang up and explained I would send a photo of the 2 bottles side by side as evidence that this had happened. The lady offered to send a replacement but I asked if I could have a discount instead for part of the missing liquid. This was attended to straight away. Again marvelous service which instills confidence in the customer. I originally bought these diffuser sticks from Switzerland and was really pleased to find out I could carry on buying them from this country through yourselves. I would have no hesitation in ordering from you in the future and look forward to doing so. I have been really impressed with the service from Amara. I received a text message with a one hour slot as to when I could expect my delivery. Unfortunately I was out so I replied to the text and selected the next day – and the delivery turned up in the designated time slot – amazing! I’m really pleased with the product too. It was a gift for my husband so he can take photos of our baby on a trip with him and he was thrilled. Thanks for an excellent service – keep up the good work! The complete experience of buying from Amara was exemplary. The website was simple to navigate and the stock levels were accurate. On phoning (freephone) to see if more stock was available, the necessary call was made immediately, the extra vase was sourced and the order was placed. Email confirmations and tracking were sent. Even the delivery worked like a dream, with text messages from the courier and specific time-slots.The staff were unerringly helpful, professional and charming. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. You should be proud of such a fine operation. Very rare and very welcome.

I can't think of anything to say to improve your service. Both the people I emailed and talked to on the phone were very helpful, professional, efficient and friendly (Sam Hood and Lucy Harrison). The item was gift wrapped for me, with my message, and delivered on the day I asked for it to be delivered, and with a time slot, which always makes things much easier. The time slot was advised to me well in advance, both by text and email, and so my daughter was at home to receive her present. Thank you very much.

Draft excluder is really great. The quality is better than I expected from the photo (where the seams did not look straight), but the colours looked very different compared with the image on my computer. I'm glad to say I prefer the real colours! If this is your design, please could you also make a longer version. Delivery was faster than expected and all products arrived safely. No returns on this order.
