Hi, Just a little feedback from my recent purchase. Customers always let us know when it goes wrong, but rarely when it goes right! I can’t fault your service. Easy journey through the website, easy checkout. The delivery is second to none. The text delivery time with options to change via text is superb. Tracking via the courier website – superb. I did feel the delivery charge was a little high for a couple of towels and did make me think twice about purchase (however you were the only company who had stock and could despatch quickly), but was ultimately worth it. I think maybe £2 less would have made me not even notice it. Top website! Cheers, .

My order was delivered today but I was at work. Rather than leave a delivery note to rearrange delivery, or a depot pick up, the courier left it with one of my neighbours. I find this totally unacceptable as I do not consider my neighbour to be trustworthy. I left no instruction to leave deliveries with neighbours. Therefore, I will not purchase from your site again. Sincerely
